The TP-Link Tapo C425 is a 2K QHD wire-free smart security camera designed for both indoor and outdoor surveillance. Featuring a 10,000mAh rechargeable battery, it delivers up to 300 days of operation on a single charge (depending on usage), eliminating the need for continuous power cables. The magnetic mounting base allows quick installation and flexible angle adjustment almost anywhere.
Equipped with a 4MP (2K QHD) Starlight sensor, the camera captures highly detailed video both day and night. It supports Full-Color Night Vision using built-in spotlights, allowing you to identify people, vehicles, and objects even in low-light conditions. Its 150° ultra-wide field of view provides broader coverage, reducing blind spots around your home or business.
The Tapo C425 features AI-powered detection capable of recognizing people, pets, and vehicles, minimizing false alerts while allowing customizable activity zones. Additional smart features include two-way audio, a 94 dB built-in siren, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control and live viewing.
Designed for outdoor environments, the camera carries an IP66 weatherproof rating to withstand rain, dust, and harsh weather conditions. It supports local storage via microSD cards up to 512GB and optional Tapo Care cloud storage. For continuous battery charging, it is compatible with the Tapo A200/A202 Solar Panel (sold separately).
